The result is familiar: places that work instrumentally, but not quite for the people inside them. Lynra takes full responsibility for the environments and services that surround large-scale work. By applying hospitality expertise and a partner mind-set, they turn fragmented delivery into coherent operations that deliver beyond function for people.

Strawberry Living required a new format to house their large-scale project operations. I guided the strategic decisions leading to the creation of a distinct brand entity, then partnered with The Apartment Design Studio to bring it to execution. My contribution spanned the foundational architecture of the brand — from vision, mission, and brand promise to values and value proposition — while overseeing the creative development of its visual identity.
